Hello All,
The issue has been fixed with Apple’s MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 Beta (17E139).You can try out the fix by updating your machine to the beta update from Apple.

I am having the same issue that everyone else on this thread is having! After updating to High Sierra, working with Indesign has become impossible. I feel that with the struggles I’m going to miss my deadline for this catalog that I’m working on. I spent an entire day trying to work through what I thought was a buggy system on my Mac. The problems range from Finder freezing, InDesign freezing, or my entire Mac just locking up. I wish I had found this thread earlier. Please fix!
