Hello All,
The issue has been fixed with Apple’s MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 Beta (17E139).You can try out the fix by updating your machine to the beta update from Apple.

same issue here, still no news????? I'm also experiencing a lot of Finder crashes, and other Adobe CC applications that are not responding.... Not a very good combo High Sierra and Adobe CC... Pretty expensive and not reliable at the moment :(
