Please update to the latest version of InDesign, Id 13.1 for the fix of the problem.
I am having the same problem and followed the instructions for the fix (https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/crash-save-as-nas-server.html). Unfortunately I am working on a PC - Windows. Please can you help to fix the problem on my PC...? I cannot open the CopyPlugin_SaveAsFix.app file.
