    I have the same experience and also, frequently the CC Libraries window is blank. I can select items blindly and drag them into the document because the cursor is changing to the hand. The swatches window next to it works just fine.

    The cursor either disappears completely or fills with rectangular colorful artifacts making correct selection of items next to impossible. I found that this problem occurs only when the memory pressure on my mac increases because of Windows 10 and other applications running at the same time.
