This is happening to me as well in version 21.4 (Mac OS 26.5.1). The issue appears when at least ONE of the multiple objects selected is an image and you attempt to drag them all using an image object. If you select multiple objects and none of them are images, then dragging multiple objects behavior works as expected. If you select multiple objects including images and you use a non-image object to drag them, then it works as expected. BUT, if one of the objects is an image and you drag them all using the image to drag them, then ONLY the image is dragged and the other objects are unselected and ignored. This is a very annoying bug that just popped up in this new release.
Doing more testing, if you delete the image in a container leaving just the frame that once contained the image and try dragging multiple objects using that empty image container, the dragging works fine. So the issue has something to do with linked and embedded images.
