    Please! Please! Please make this a priority!

    If you put a numerical value in the X, Y, W, or H Value input field and slightly scroll on the mouse while in that field, the value changes. Sometimes, just a little, which may be imperceptible but still wrong. Sometimes, immensely, which is so annoying when your object increases/decreases in size tremendously or flies from its original XY position.

    This is so frustrating and an enormous waste of time!

    There has to be a way to turn this off in ALL Adobe applications.

    All the posts below show how long this has been an issue, and how urgent it is to find a fix!
