   We will need more info on this, is this happening with all documents or with some specfic documents.

   Does this happen after creating or opening documents or both?

   What are the steps you have performed which are not there in History?

   It happens with all documents.
   It happens with opened documents and newly created ones.
   Any steps performed will not appear in history. Some examples are typing new text, changing styles, creating styles, deleting text, copy and pasting text, etc. Any action in InDesign. Undo only goes back two times.
