   It is not possible to have unequal inset spacing and corners other than none as they can’t go together.
   It is designed this way.

   If it's intentional that the spacing isn't designed this way, then it's a bug that the UI gives the impression you can do it. It's sometimes possible to get a text box to have unequal inset spacing, and if that's not intentional, then the setting for it should be removed.

   (Of course, adding the feature would be far more preferable.)
