This is happening to me with Yabai as well. Adobe changed how window resizing and repositioning is reported between 19.1 and 19.4. Extremely annoying.
Give us a native MacOS application frame already!

Whatever change was made to address the issue below in 19.2 broke window positioning reporting. I had to roll back to 19.1
