    I have the same issue. Jpeg and png files display alt text but eps and ai fail. Seems to be a bug in design - is there a solution?

    Running 18.2.1 and still having this problem, two files open simultaneously; one sees the font and the other doesn't see the exact same font. Bjoern's solution (below) worked at first, now not working. Please help
