I'm still experiencing this issue with Helvetica Neue Bold and I'm running version 17.2! The font file type I have from my client isn't accepted when trying the "Add fonts to creative cloud" workaround and I cannot see the text in my InDesign file. Is this problem still being addressed by Adobe??
