We completed the investigation and came up with the following: Either the issue has been resolved in the most recent release of InDesign (Refer to InDesign Release notes), the issue was intermittent at the time of reporting and is no longer reproducible, or the InDesign version mentioned in the report is no longer covered by Creative Cloud Support Policy.
We would recommend you upgrade to the latest version as it is more robust. Refer to Share InDesign documents for review to easily share your InDesign documents with collaborators for feedback and review. If you are still facing this issue even after updating it Contact Adobe support.

I keep getting this error too. I've updated to v16.0, signed out of CC, restarted, but nothing seems to fix.
I've tried 6 or 7 times and still get the same error message.
Why is it telling me about ICC profiles when failing to create a file to share for review?
I think figured out what was causing the issue for me!
I had used Apple Preview to adjust the color of some image links in my document. By showing the ICC profile in the links palette, I realized that all of those images used the Display P3 color space. I suspected that those files were somehow causing problems since I was also getting an ICC profile conversion alert when exporting to PDF.
Could this be what is affecting everyone?
