I have the latest MacBook Pro with the latest upgrade OS. I have spent hours on the phone with tech support for InDesign and Apple. It is finally established that the problem is Adobe. You released a product before you had it tested. Now, I cannot use InDesign at all. You do not support the old 5.5 and you do not support your latest InDesign which I just paid $600 for the Adobe package. This bad business and you leave other businesses and customers in a helpless and unable to do their job. Tech supports blames Apple, but from reading your reports, that is not the cast. It is InDesign that is not opening and not allowing to accept changes in Preferences. Can someone please help! I am completely depend on InDesign to compile books, make flyers, etc. No longer. I am dead in the water. Adobe very happily took my money. Fix it now. Please. Randy Navarre
adobe team. I have the latest update. YOU have not fixed this. Your own tech support removed reinstalled InDesign. Put the latest update in. It still does not work! I am dead in the water. How can you just say it's fixed and not address the continuing situation. I spent the day on the phone. All wasted.
