Yes - not an automatic email for every update (sometimes I get a little trigger happy) but the option to "send client/team notification of updates" would be nice.

Was hoping to find a solution to this same problem myself - I see your issue is from 2019, but another commenter from yesterday. I hope they get it resolved soon.
Agreed. My clients love the share for review feature, but the biggest complaint is they can't save or print the proof. Then I end up back to making pdf proofs.
