When the document is first opened, the dreaded "Missing Original Version (1 of XX)" pops up. It says the fonts are missing, but after you hit the "Cancel All" or "Next >>" button the fonts that were originally missing are not used in the document (Type -> Find/Replace Font...). It's very frustrating at the moment.
