    Same issue. Indesign 15.0.2 and 15.0.1 on Mac 10.13.6 (I also remember experiencing this on various versions of Indesign 2019). When applying paragraph style, the updates are made, but I see both versions of the text (before AND after changing paragraph style, overlapping). Seems to be a redraw issue, as the correct changes are made, but in order to see only the new version of the text I must either: zoom, scroll off the affected page and scroll back, exit the text frame and move its position in any way, or save and reopen file. Mostly affects only the current page, but sometimes affects all remaining threaded text frames after the change. Does not cause indesign to crash.
