    As confirmed by multiple users, this issue is fixed in latest version of InDesign.

    Apparently I have the same issue that I thought initially was linked to the use of Google Drive Stream: once you use the new package, the AdobeFntxx will get added over and over, taking all the resources of the system (so you hardly can work on Id itself) until few minutes later you decide to quit the job and you find out you have 750 AdobeFnt files created in your folder. Happens differently on OneDrive: will not create multiple files, but will keep updating/syncing the file, using the overall bandwidth similarly.
    Hope this can be resolved soon!
