    The issue reported is at Apple’s end.
    Hence, Apple is recommending to update macOS to 10.15.x version in order to resolve this issue.

    Please update your macOS to Catalina. If you still face this issue in macOS 10.15 do add your comment in this thread.

    I bought the first version of the LG UltraFine 4K display in December 2016 and immediately had the problem, also saw it reported in Adobe forums back then. The suboptimal workaround was to change the size of the cursor. Now the 30 Hz workaround (I use Display Menu) seems to help but is not really satisfying. I can't believe that Apple and Adobe could not find a fix for such a serious issue in more than three years.
