    As confirmed by multiple users, this issue is fixed in latest version of InDesign.

    Same problem. Win 10 PC let's me move the package folder, but then generates a new copy of the same folder structure, with only the Fonts/AdobeFnt.lst left behind. MASSIVELY aggravating and confusing, as I'll move a package folder into a "complete" folder, or delete a package folder, only to find there is still a partial copy of the folder structure left behind.
