   The issue has been fixed in the latest release of InDesign – InDesign 2021.
   Please update to this new version of InDesign to get the fix.

   InDesign became slow if you open media panel under Interactivity. Media panel behaves odd when you open it. tried restarting and re-installing inDesign.
   if some one can contact for further detail and fix this issue asap as i have some deliverables.
