Please let us know if the below-mentioned workaround works for you:
- Try restarting your Windows machine.
- Use the “Restart” option and NOT “Shutdown”.—

I can't even find indesign through my directory tree to associate it properly. It appears to be associated with Acrobat however, Not sure if this is a windows issue or inDesign issue but only happened after the the update
