   InDesign versions CC2018 and above have an option called ‘Create Separate PDF Files’ in the Export PDF dialog. Using this option, you should be able to export all your layouts as separate PDFs.

   The best way i found is to create a new fluid layout with the resize option, then save it wit another name (just to be sure you wont lose the document) Select the first layout, (the original one) delete it and verify if the new layout is OK with the margins, bleeds etc. then export
