   We confirmed that the 60Hz version MODEL A2119 EMC 3279 works fine. The offending Apple dongle is MODEL A1621 EMC 2877 which is the obsolete model.

   Please upgrade the Apple dongle to overcome the issue.

   Yes, this is happening to me also, and I have a photoshop window open. When I click on my photoshop window, the mouse works great but when I switch back to InDesign it flickers, doesn't want to move and is nearly unusable again.

   InDesign 14.0.2
   Photoshop 20.0.4
   Mac os sierra 10.12.6
