So there's not any action available to directly unlock the Text Frame. The current workarounds are - Unlock all object in the spread. or - Release the anchor. Then the object is unlocked. If a Text Frame is anchored AND locked, the "unlock icon" is not visible. So there's not any action available to directly unlock the Text Frame.
The current workarounds are
- Unlock all object in the spread.
or
- Release the anchor. Then the object is unlocked.
