   We confirmed that the 60Hz version MODEL A2119 EMC 3279 works fine. The offending Apple dongle is MODEL A1621 EMC 2877 which is the obsolete model.

   Please upgrade the Apple dongle to overcome the issue.

   I'm having the same problem. And suddenly. I recently changed from an iMac to a MacBook Pro. I never had this issue with the iMac. Earlier this week I didn't have this problem with it on the MacBook. Started yesterday. Closing any active Photoshop and/or Illustrator files fixes it.

   Hopefully this is not an issue with the 2019 releases of CC. We haven't upgraded yet at work.
