    Hi,
    Based on emails we have recieved from you all, we were able to figure out that issue was either not reproducible or that the feature was not being used correctly.
    Closing this issue was for now. Let us know in case you encounter the issue again

    I agree. The design team I work on collaborates with content creators and project specialists who sometimes make a minor edit and then need to make a final PDF to file on our server. We have some specific settings we would like them to be able to use. As it is now, InCopy doesn't provide any choices of PDF Presets. This functionality is sorely needed.
