    We have recently released InDesign CC 2019 and we believe that this issue should no longer occur.

    You can download the latest version of InDesign from the Creative Cloud Desktop application.

    Please confirm if the issue has got fixed.

    Can confirm.
    Links and previews do not match; hence the 'last edited' info neither. A number of files cannot be edited due to access and/or rights management issues (but do open from the file explorer).
    Short: The start screen is totally useless.
