   SVG import has been implemented in InDesign 2020. Please upgrade to this version of InDesign to use this feature.

   I'm also using SolidWorks Composer and would very much like to be able to import interactive SVGs with hotspots and BOMs into InDesign. I will publish them as interactive pdf:s.
