Also, I to daily delete the "InDesign SavedData" file to get back features like the pallet fly-out menus.
I am on a network and my MAC guy makes sure my laptop communicates well with/through it.
I do work from home half the time using a clone of my server on a Rugged solid state drive (overseen by my MAC guy).
Closing InDesign usually works, but sometimes two times.
Switching from my network to my Rugged drive is not necessary the problem. I cannot duplicate the Errorcode 4. It just happens at random, many times multiple times a day.
I am the only user accessing the files.
I can get the error both by clicking on the file or by File Open.
Again, I cannot repeat the problem, it just happens, daily, for months.
This Errorcode 4 happens to me almost every day.
