    We have tried the scenario on latest InDesign 13.1 and we are able to find the in “document” “all document” as set in dialog without any problem.
    Please elaborate the steps for reproducing the issue. That would be really helpful.

    Hi - I am experiencing the same problem. The usual list appear when clicking on the down arrow, however whichever selection is made, 'Document' remains active, I am not able to switch to any other option.

    I tried ensuring all documents were saved as 2018 files but this made no difference.
