Same thing here; if I have a document open -- and it seems to happen if I have InDesign open/running for a long time -- if I try to open another InDesign file it'll tell me it's damaged (error code 4). I quit, relaunch InDesign (sometimes via CC menubar, sometimes just double-clicking the suspect document) and everything is fine.
Like the OP, this has been happening only since the last update.
