    Affinity supports HEIC. If you are on a Mac you can write a script with automator in 30 seconds that will convert your HEIC to JPG just by right clicking the file and choose "Convert to JPG".

    Agreed. Basic functionality that has been included for many years in other programs, why not Adobe? Affinity has done this quite well and makes a great case for switching.
