    Hello All,

    Thank you for your patience all this while. The fix of the issue is now part of InDesign’s latest update, Id 13.1

    Update your InDesign through Creative Cloud app to Id 13.1

    Same problem here with Windows 10 on Dell XPS 15 with 4K. Indesign page panel has no scroll bar and does not show masterpages as icons. Also layers panel has no dots so it has become more difficult to transfer objects between layers.
    Ctrl-Alt-Shift does not help. Only reinstalling fixes the problem temporary. After using indesign a few times the problem reapears.
