    I have this bug also with the windows version of CC 2018.

    What i've found out: The height is changed, depending on the top value of the y-axis of the parent frame. If it is positioned at y=0, everything is ok. If you place the same frame 30px down and set the object style to the anchored object, the height will become 30px bigger than before, although only the width should be changed by the style.
