   Also indesign isn't showing the correct tool is selected on the mouse when changing tools, very annoying

   The workaround of holding shift to move multiple objects does work for me, however I still cannot select a key object using the cursor whilst multiple objects are selected, and holding the shift key doesn't fix that.
