The issue has been fixed.
Now the Share for Review links set to "Anyone with the link can comment" open in the browser without asking for an Adobe ID login & password.

The fix of the issue is now available in the latest InDesign 2024(v19.0.1.205). We recommend you upgrade to the latest version for the fix.
If you are unable to see the update, go to the Creative Cloud application and click on the context menu on the top right and click on Check for App Updates.

Share for Review in Indesign for 'public' links is no longer working for me in v19.0.1. The user/client is being asked to create an Adobe Account every time.
Confirmed by:
- opening any links i create (old or new) in a Private Browser tab, and am presented with the Adobe Login screen.
- creating a new document and sharing for review, same behaviour as above
- changing the share settings from only-invited, back to public, still asks for login.
- set a password for the link, asks user to login to adobe after typing the password
I'm now having to email PDFs out, as this feature is now completely broken.
