   Please let us know if the below-mentioned workaround works for you:

   - Try restarting your Windows machine.
   - Use the “Restart” option and NOT “Shutdown”.

   Indesign 2023 V18.3 - Windows 10 - the issue is back. Default association is there, and IDML icons there. INDD icon missing
