    Hello,
    Can you confirm the InDesign version you are using? Is it 2018.1 or 2018?
    I assume the path to which you are trying to export the PNG is /Volumes/Shares/011 Changed Information/002 Changed Information/00617 Changed Information/Changed/ ?

    Is this drive mounted via SMB?
    Is it a NAS server?

    Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I have been using Adobe CC for over a year and exporting PNGs and JPEGs to an external drive has always been fine. All of a sudden it is not working and I need to export to my desktop and then move to the correct folder on my drive. Saving PDFs to an external drive is fine, as is exporting PNGs and JPEG from Illustrator.
    Any suggestions/solutions? THANKS!
