    Agree with Peter Fischbach. Saw the InDesign update today, whatever it fixed, it wasn't this.

    Apple you absolute weirdos... this has to be an Apple thing. Casper Schougaard's right if you just set the primary monitor to the laptop is works fine... it's not like 90% of designers use an external monitor on these things. Thank God there's a fix for this mess.
