    Just downloaded v17.1 and now both Cmd-O and Cmd-N work from the home screen. Thanks for fixing Adobe!

    Still having a problem with this in InDesign CC 2021. When program is launched, "command-N" results in no new document being created. "Command-N" is grayed out in the "file" menu. Selecting "File - new document" seems to work, as does pressing the "create new" button on the home screen. Running Mac os 11.4 Big Sur and InDesign 16.2.1
