    As confirmed by the user, the issue is resolved after upgrading to the latest version InDesign CC 13.1.

    If you are unable to see the update, go to Creative Cloud application and click on the context menu on the top right and click on Check for App Updates.

    It's back again in 2021;-((( Try to adjust a picture or its frame you'll get a crash.
