    Hello All,
    Thank you for reporting the issue to us.
    We have fixed the issue in the latest version of InDesign, Id 15.0

    Please upgrade your InDesign application to the latest version to try out the fix.

    If you face any problems with the new update, do let us know in the comments.

    Hi, I am having this issue and I have InDesign 2021, I did the Adobe Clean Link which washed out all my documents and then reinstalled and it was working fine but I loaded it this weekend and got the Gray screen when I Clicked File - New - Document it would load the gray screen (See Attached), it would still populate when I did CNTRL + N, but when I used CNTRL + ALT + N it worked but I was limited on what I could change for the document when I did it.
