    Version of Adobe InDesign: InDesign (16.0)
    Expected result: Clients uses striketrough and highlight text, adds comments. I expect to see highlighted text and comments.
    Actual result: I see only comments without highlighted or strikethrough text. So I cant do changes, because I dont know where I should do this. It happens on both online and indd document.

    can see the comments, but the highlights are not visible. So I cant see where I should do changes in text. The same situation on online document and in indesign document.
