   In the Beta versions of InDesign, it is now possible to Open PDFs.

   
   

   Work on adding more features & capabilities to this feature has also started.

   I found a very good and cheap solution on PDF to INDD Converter | Fast, reliable & cheap | pdfheroes.com — you can upload your files there and get all ressources and .INDD files back within 24 hours. It worked very well for me.
