   The issue has been fixed in the latest release of InDesign – InDesign 2021.
   Please update to this new version of InDesign to get the fix.

   Sushil Kumar Srivastava (Adobe) suggest:

   Somehow, your Registry settings is changed. If you Launch InDesign as Admin , then same script should run fine. You just need to launch InDesign as admin for only one time. After it, you can launch InDesign normally. And Scripts should run fine then after.
