This would be a big step to help gain time, avoid sending unnecessary emails and most of all it will give clients an appropriate tool to work with. A lot don't have the right programs to comment on pdfs so you often end up with multiple documents from various people, and/or sloppy because scanned and hand-written. Not always easy to work with.
