    The issue has been fixed in both the latest release of InDesign – InDesign 2021 & the previous version of InDesign – InDesign 2020 (15.1.2).
    Please update to either of these versions of InDesign to get the fix.

    I have the latest version of ID (15.0.2) and spellcheck is not working for me either. I clearly misspelled "Transportatioin" and it doesn't flag it. It won't even pick up abbreviations like "Ave" or the like. The dynamic spelling doesn't underline anything either.
