To identify the cause of this issue, we had started our investigation with the aim to resolve it. You might have also received an email from us seeking more details to help in our investigation.
We’ve concluded our investigation and came up with the finding: Either the issue is fixed in the latest release of InDesign or the issue was intermittent in nature at the time of its reporting and is not reproducible now.
We recommend you upgrade to the latest version of InDesign 2023(v18.2.1.455) as it is more robust and contains a lot of bug fixes.
We seek your support in our continual effort to improve InDesign.

Hi! I'll record a video and send the above requested info. I have been submitting multiple crash reports daily for InDesign and Illustrator. I don't even type anymore in the explain more, though, because I submit up to 10 a day and it's a time waste.

15.0.1 crashes when creating new file // Mac Catalina 10.15.3
File new, command+n, and selecting a new document in the window when opening InDesign all cause INDD to crash. The only way I can create a new file is to open an old file and save as, then delete content/change size/etc.

I am still having the issue. I am completely up to date on OS and CC apps. I have submitted a crash report. I sent all of that info to you already when it was originally requested. Will send again.
