    It's important that window resizing from top to bottom is enabled, just as it is with any other window in Windows 11. Developers, please address this bug. Thank you.

    I have the same problem. I am running inDesign CC 2019 on Mac OS Mojave. I cannot drag the application window when I click on the Application name on the top bar. But if I click on the left or right to the Application name, I can drag the window around.
