    Are you able to saveAs/ SaveACopy the file locally?
    What is the exact version of InDesign 2019 are you using? 14.0.1/14.0.2/14.0.3?
    Is it happening with all InDesign files?
    Which OS version are you using?

    Make sure all folders on the target drive are closed before saving.

    If you forget and get the error, close all folders. Save As to a temporary location on your local drive. Save As back to original folder.
